THROUGH THE NIGHT I TRIED TO HOLD THE RIVER QUILT

Each panel of this exquisite quilt was individually hand dyed- as in each image was painted on using a discharge dye technique, and then all the pieces sewn together, lined with an organic cotton lining and back with high quality cotton flannels, a red, brown , marigold and sea green solid and a blue and orange chevron/herringbone pattern. The layers hand sewn together with red thread, leaving little sparks all over the quilt to ignite the fires of imagination. This is a total Storytelling & Spellcaster work of fine art I am very proud to present.

Measures approximately 60x 62 inches and is not symmetrical on purpose, I love the handmade, the imperfect perfect.

100% cotton construction,

Poly-cotton thread for sewing strength.

Hand wash in cold water, air dry.
